Every Tekno system follows the same controlled path — so what you specify on the drawing is exactly what arrives on site.

Profiles are engineered around your structural and thermal requirements, then cut into hardened steel dies.

02Extrusion
Heated 6063 billet is pushed through the die, forming long, precise sections with consistent wall thickness.

03Finishing
Anodizing or powder coating protects the surface and delivers a colour-matched, weather-proof finish.

04Fabrication
Cut, milled and assembled on CNC lines into finished frames, sashes and panels — ready to glaze.

05Installation
Our crews fit, seal and test every opening on site, then hand over with full documentation.
